Special Guest Speakers

Hannah Wilson (she/they) is the farm manager at Yes Farm, an urban farm initiative by the Black Farmers Collective. Their work consists mainly of community building, educational programming, and growing food for BIPOC while centering Black leadership of Black farmers, organizers, healers, artists, and educators in the community. At Yes Farm, Hannah must hold multiple realities of creating safe spaces for community, cultivating food, restoring the environment, and the real impacts of the failure of the city to provide housing and healthcare for all people.

Patricia Allen of Chief Seattle Club, Decriminalize Seattle, the National Coalition to End Urban Indigenous Homelessness, and many other projects.

This is the first event of Sustainable Seattle’s three-month series, Home for Good.
