Sustainability on our region will be reached when each and every one - individuals, organizations and systems - of us are working together. We recognize that while great strides have been taken by individuals, organizations and within systems, greater strides yet are necessary to reach sustainability in our personal, social, economic/built and natural environment.

SPARC is a program that seeks to contribute towards the goal of all of us working together. SPARC consists of four interwoven programs and the common objective of creating partnerships and resources so our social, economic/build, and natural environments are a commons for the good of all. These programs are:

SPARC Fiscal Sponsorships
Sustainable Seattle has served as fiscal sponsor for many projects and new nonprofits since 2003. Fiscal sponsorships have been successful for S2 both financially and in that they help develop new initiatives that promote sustainable communities.  Sustainable Seattle is proud to be fiscal sponsor to initiatives whose sustainability-based missions and goals complement the work of Sustainable Seattle.

SPARC Videography
Sustainable Seattle's SPARC Videography Program provides videos and videography services for non-profit and for-cause organizations with missions aligned to sustainability. The purpose of SPARC Videography is to accelerate sustainability in our region and globally.

SPARC Creating and Sustaining Community Events
Sustainable Seattle seeks to contribute to a world where all organizations, non-profit, for-profit and governmental, contribute towards the sustainability of our planet. SPARC Space -an Urban Sustainability Center.
The dream of SPARC is to create an urban Sustainability Center to house sustainability non-profits and efforts so that small and  currently underresourced nonprofits will thrive and proliferate.  The goal of Sustainable Seattle's Sustainability Partnership And Resource Commons (SPARC) is to be a resource for sustainability, environmental and social change initiatives and community organizations.
