Recognition of green design attributes by the finance community is in the very early stages. Even though benefits may be derived from green development, there is no direct benefit given by debt capital providers just because a project is green. Our keynote speaker is at the forefront of several initiatives that address this issue. Join us as we discuss capital market interactions on a macro-level that are resulting in more real estate developers nationwide pursuing green projects, and local trends from developer and lender perspectives -- $25/30 for ULI members/non-members (private sector); $15/20 for ULI members/non-members (public-non-profit/Young Leader (under 35/student) -- Media complimentary -- Continental breakfast is included.
