Amy Bann
Amy J. Bann, an attorney by training, has worked on a variety of sustainability issues. She is a Labor Negotiator for King County, managing contracts and disputes for the Department of Natural Resources' Wastewater, Industrial and Hazardous Waste Divisions. She is also serving as an expert on the U.S. delegation to the ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Standard Working Group. She has worked as a consultant on projects including designing an environmental awards program for Washington CEO magazine and bringing fair trade products to new markets by working with suppliers. She has previously worked for the City of New York, a labor union, and nonprofits. She holds a law degree from the University of Miami and a joint M.A./B.A. in Political Science (concentration in international sustainable development) from Virginia Tech.
